Glucose Contro

Hi there. Hope you're ready to read what I have to say.

I'm going tell you about Glucose Control and exercise. Some of you may never have heard the term Glucose

Control before and how it relates to the human body.

Glucose refers to sugar levels in the blood stream which cause us to be prediabetic or diabetic, they both involve sugar levels in our blood. which may cause sleepness, lethargy, headaches, lightheadness or total exhaustion.

There are drugs that will correct glucose levels and help return them to normal but like any drug there are always side affects. I'm speaking on this because I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic a year ago. However I've been able to turn the problem around causing my glucose levels to return to normal. How?

Okay first I guess I need to tell you what is considered as normal glucose level. According to Virginia Mason of virginiamason.org.,
  • A normal fasting (no food for eight hours) blood sugar level is between 70 and 9 9 mg/dL
  • A normal blood sugar level two hours after eating is less than 140 mg/dL
I began using a product that controls my blood glucose without drugs and I used it once per day replacing breakfast with this product. One of the side perks of using the product is it can be prepared with 8 ounces of juice or water which helps with the 8-10 glasses of water needed daily. Of course I also had to make some significant life style changes but nothing too drastic, reallyvery simple.

Here's what I did to make my glucose levels return to normal:
  1. I began walking three times per week, usually 3-4 miles with light strength training on alternate days.
  2. Each day I drank (still drink) 8-10 glasses of water.
  3. Reduced my intake of white flour and sugar in my diet. (refined sugar from my diet all together).
  4. Monitor my weight by checking it once per week and recording it on my calendar. You may want to use a journal, the choice is yours.
My last glucose level result was70 and was after fasting for 8 hours. This was the followup test which verified the reduction. The levels before beginning the glucose powder and changing my lifestyle was... well let's just say it was rather high but not high enough to be considered diabetic. The side effects of making these changes was not only lower blood sugar but I lost 30 pounds in less than six months and still am losing. I also noticed more muscle mass as well. No I didn't really change that much in my diet, other than the changes I already mentioned and the use of the natural glucose product.

The best part of using this product is that its low cost,I feel energized and didn't diet to lose the pounds I've lost with the leveling of my blood sugar. I no longer feel tired, fatigued and drained of energy at the end of the day. I'm so overjoyed to have found the solution to my health problem without the aid of drugs but by natural means.

The company responsible for this glucose powder supports Green products and protecting our planet and environment.

My name is Pat Ashley. This article is about my personal experience with high blood glucose and how I found a solution.
